We offer a wide variety of styles and intensity levels in both our live and virtual instructor-led classes featuring twelve Peak Pilates Fit Reformers. We embrace all experience levels from beginner to advanced.

Virtual Room
FIFTY/50 Pilates is no ordinary Pilates studio. Our innovative virtual room is designed to allow you to practice individually instead of in a class setting and still enjoy access to top-tier instruction.
Each of the eight Peak Pilates Fit Reformers in our virtual room has its own screen and content library, so you can choose the type of class and level of intensity that works best for you, and do it on your own schedule.

Our Cardio & Endurance class is perfect for those looking for a low-impact but heart pumping workout. Our experienced instructors will lead you through multiple repetitions to fatigue your muscles, while incorporating the reformer, jump board, and various props to maximize your burn and calorie count. This full-body workout is focused on strengthening your legs and core and improving your endurance.

Strength & Sculpt
Our Strength & Sculpt Class is our signature reformer class that offers a full-body workout with a mixed use of reformer and props, as well as mat work.
This class is designed to increase the strength and mobility of your muscles and joints while helping to define your arms, legs, and core.
Regressions and progressions to accommodate all experience levels.
Our Cardio & Endurance class is perfect for those looking for a low impact, but heart pumping workout.

Cardio & Endurance
Recover and breathe with a slower pace in our unique Stretch & Yoga class, performed both on and off of the reformer.
This class features dynamic stretching with traditional yoga poses and longer posture holds to release tension and lengthen your body, while helping you stay grounded and centered throughout the class.
